LARKANA Web Desk Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will contest by-election from NA-204 constituency of Larkana, Dunya News reported on Thursday.The decision was taken after MNA Ayaz Soomro vacated the seat.
